If we are unable to get the unlock code for your smartphone, or push the remote unlock to your iPhone, then you will be refunded. If the unlock cannot be completed due to a problem that is on our end, you refund will be a full refund.
Please note that we do not check the unlock status of a unit before starting the process, as checking would cause us to incur additional costs, so if your unit was already unlocked (and you didn't realize) we are not responsible. We also will not refund if you submit the unlock request elsewhere and they claim to complete it before we notify you. Make sure you fully agree to this before you make the purchase.
